Each Virginia Bonus Wheel game features six Winning Numbers and a 4x5 grid of up to 20 Your Numbers.

The player can choose between playing four, eight, 12, 16 or 20 plays. Each play represents one tile in the grid, which features a prize amount and a Your Numbers value. After pressing Play, the selected number of tiles will be revealed in the play area. Reveal a tile with a number in Your Numbers that matches one of the Winning Numbers to win the corresponding prize amount. If you find a tile with a Multiplier Symbol, you win the prize amount shown beneath the symbol multiplied by the Multiplier Symbol on the tile.

Reveal three Bonus symbols during a single game to activate the Jackpot Bonus Wheel game for a chance to win a jackpot.

The Jackpot Bonus Wheel game consists of four levels with a wheel for each level.

• Level 1 - The wheel consists of multiple segments with each segment containing either a prize or arrows to Unlock Express Jackpot game. Players start on the Level 1 wheel and press GO to spin the wheel. When the wheel stops, the segment the Bonus arrow is pointing to will highlight. If the wheel stops and highlights a prize, that prize is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights a segment with arrows pointing to Unlock Express Jackpot game, the next level is unlocked.
• Level 2/Express Jackpot game - A new wheel appears, which consists of prizes, arrows to Unlock Great Jackpot game and an Express Jackpot segment. Press GO to spin the wheel. When the wheel stops, the segment the Bonus arrow is pointing to will highlight. If the wheel stops and highlights a prize, that prize is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights the Express Jackpot segment, the Express Jackpot amount is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights a segment with arrows pointing to Unlock Great Jackpot game, the next level is unlocked.
• Level 3/Great Jackpot game - A new wheel appears, which consists of prizes, arrows to Unlock Jumbo Jackpot game and a Great Jackpot segment. Press GO to spin the wheel. When the wheel stops, the segment the Bonus arrow is pointing to will highlight. If the wheel stops and highlights a prize, that prize is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights on the Great Jackpot segment, the Great Jackpot amount is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights a segment with arrows pointing to the Unlock Jumbo Jackpot game, the next level is unlocked.
• Level 4/Jumbo Jackpot game - A new wheel appears, which consists of prizes and a Jumbo Jackpot segment. Press GO to spin the wheel. When the wheel stops, the segment the Bonus arrow is pointing to will highlight. If the wheel stops and highlights a prize, that prize is awarded, and the game ends. If the wheel stops and highlights the Jumbo Jackpot segment, the Jumbo Jackpot amount is awarded, and the game ends.

Virginia Bonus Wheel plays are available for online purchase beginning May 10, 2022. Plays may be purchased for $0.05, $0.10, $0.20, $0.50, $1.00 or $2.00 each and in sets of 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 plays as follows:
